I was very excited to be able to photograph Garrett for his senior pictures up at the Lion's Den overlooking Durango & the Animas Valley. It was a perfectly warm & colorful fall day. Congratulations to Garrett & the class of 2017!

It was a beautiful & warm wedding day at Dunton Hot Springs outside of Dolores, CO. I've never been to Dunton before & I was not disappointed. Nathan & Emily's mountain wedding was a classy, country celebration. The food was amazing & the local Durango band, Hello Dollface, played through the night. I only wish I had an opportunity to stay & enjoy the hot springs and cozy cabins. Hannah & I had a blast wondering around La Plata Canyon outside of Hesperus capturing these beautiful photos! I must say that Senior Photos are a lot of fun & I love seeing the unique talents of each individual. Hannah played the guitar beautifully & her smile was as gorgeous as the scenery! Congrats Hannah & the class of 2016 I've had the pleasure of capturing this little one since he was a newborn. He's grown up so fast & I can't believe he's 1 already! Happy birthday, Cale! I was delighted to be able to photograph Morgan. Our plans for a newborn shoot were postponed. Unfortunately this was due to her being born with some heart complications. After heart surgery, however, she is trooping through & is doing great! She is such a little doll. I had the great pleasure of photographing Cale as a newborn & I was honored to photograph him again at 6 months old. It's amazing how much a baby can change in such a short period of time. I'm looking forward to seeing him hopefully at his 1st birthday! I was able to get some quick family photos of my neighbors on Christmas while they were out shoveling. First white Christmas I've had in a long time! Christmas day I made my way in the snow over to the Lenberg home. The kids had just opened their Christmas presents & Eleanor had her beautiful blue dress on. We decided to all go out in the snow to capture some brief & fun family photos. The kids had a blast playing in the mud & snow, as always. I hope everyone enjoyed their Christmas as much as we all did. The other week we had a perfect snow & Kristina got her wish for her family photo shoot. Rece had a blast throwing snow balls (especially at me while I was trying to shoot). I always enjoy photographing these close friends & their delightful son. Happy Holidays! Cale Mitchell arrived 7/22/2014! He wasn't one for sleeping that day but I was still able to capture some adorable moments. Hopefully I can get some more photos of this new family as he gets older. Congrats to the new mother & father on their new addition! We trekked around Pine River Park just outside of Bayfield over the weekend. It was a cold & rainy day but thankfully the weather let up for a bit so we could get some photos. I had a great day photographing one of my dear friends, Brittany. We hiked around Vallecito Lake looking for spots to shoot all afternoon. She is a hairdresser, hence her bright purple hair! I wish there was an ocean near by to photograph her next to since she reminds me of a Mermaid. Regardless, we got some great pictures. I had the pleasure of photographing my friends precious little girl, Lucia. We had a fun filled day venturing to different locations & playing dress-up. She was a wonderful model & I can't wait to get more of her in the Spring! We recently took a week long trip to Curacao. Our Lodge was located in Westpunt at the end of the Island. The Island is well known for it's world-class Scuba Diving. It was our first time to the Caribbean & hopefully it won't be our last! We had the honor of watching our friend, Pat, tie the knot in Mesa, AZ. Though I do not currently do wedding photography, I took a few to remember the day. Congrats to Pat & Julia! |
